World of Warcraft Lords of War Behind The Scenes Video

The creators of Blizzard's Lords of War, a five-episode animated lore miniseries that profiles key characters from the upcoming World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor expansion, discuss their inspiration for the series' unique look. Warlords of Draenor launches on November 13.

Everything Warcraft lore touches turns to gold. I stopped playing WoW a few times, and presently am not playing, but the lore is always what brings me back

The story was fantastic and I loved the insight it gave us into the warlords, really painting them three-dimensional.

Not that they would admit it, but I think they got a lot of inspiration from Guild Wars 2 cinematics. Which are awesome. :D

These were really great to watch but id have liked it if they had done these for Blackhand, Guldan and Nerzhul as well.

That is the problem - after watching Lords of War, I don't want to "engage this guys and bring them to justice". I want to join them.

How those videos are done ? who are the OP illustrators behind these animations. I know that companies own those works and do whatever they want with it in the end, but they could give a bit of credit to all the incredible artists behind it.

I think I prefer Shao Hao's animation.
Some of the stuff there actually move while with LoW it's almost exclusively still paintings.
