Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Green Lines Display ISSUE!

After the washed-out Display Issue now Many users are facing Green Lines Display Issue on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The users who are purchasing phones from Carriers (Like T-Mobile) are facing this issue.

Glad I stuck with my S23 Ultra.Hoping for best possible outcome for all issues. It's a bit concerning that a product was released with known bugs. Especially at that proce point.

Update! Now, on most galaxy phones there is a vividness slider go to display settings - tap screen mode- than advanced settings (if eye comfort shield is on turn it off) and here you can adjust your vividness . If you don't find the slider, check if there is a software update for your galaxy model

2 units of Note 20 ultra purchased on 2020 for myself and brother.
We both working in 2 different countries.
We both got the same green line last week.
Samsung customer care reviewed the units and said Simply phone is out of warranty hence we can't help.

People's going for samsung should think twice.

Yes, that's true.
My S24 is also having a display issue. While I am watching YouTube or Netflix or any other app, after some time, my phone screen freezes and it reboots. This has happened so many times, so I visited an authorized service center. They told me that they will fix it in the next update.😢😅

😂. I skipped the s24 Ultra this year and instead upgraded to a new s9 Ultra Tablet 😮. Best decision I made so far in 2024 😅.

Dull colors are better for the eyes for long usage, ❤ and the anti-reflective display is amazing. I'm using the same phone for a month; it's an awesome phone, especially the AI features.

Most Customer Service Support through phone calls or chat are usually not helpful this time. They are likely not from Samsung but a call center whose client is Samsung and only access a certain database to browse for answers.

Send the phone back and buy a new one? Lose the discounts? What world do these multinationals live in? You replace the phone for the customers. It's the same like refunds, you refund the exact amount the customers paid at check out. So this business about buying the phone again when the company asked for it to be returned is super sus lol !

So I’m in England, pre ordered my phone through O2 and have noticed random lines flashing across my screen a couple time. Let’s hope they don’t stay permanently or get any worse!!!

Green lines on phone displays occur only and only, without exception because of a physically damaged display. It does not appear on its own.
