I like how Judy is an officer for less that a week and already falls into a friendship with a mob boss who has no qualms with dropping people into a hole in the ice regularly.

The amount of animal puns you had to make up is amazing. I also love Zootopia. It's really smart because they made a general message against prejudice and didn't try to be a one to one allegory. Rather, it used aplicability, genuenly genius. That's why it got an oscar.

What's funny is that in Zootopia, they were originally not planning on addressing the elephants using their bare trunks to handle the ice cream, seriously, the animators had that whole scene animated and no one thought it was gross until some others saw the scene and were like "ewe"

Zootwopia could be pretty solid, especially with Iger "needing to move back towards a solid movie first with some 'message' sprinkled in". With Iger's legacy on the line a minor shift to "audience first movies instead of activist first movies" should happen.

So i kinda really dont like puns. Like a lot. The Zootopia part gave me a nose bleed. But I'm a STEM nerd so the Elemental part had me laughing waaay too hard! Which is ironic since my family and I enjoyed Zootopia and nothing-ed Elemental.

I hadn't considered the differences between the cities in both movies. You made some really good points!

Zootopia had some solid characters, but they had some similar problems as the Elemental setting. Yes, the worldbuilding is *much* better, but predator animals *are* different, in much the same ways that elements are different. Shoehorning those aspects into an allegory for human prejudices just doesn't really ring true. Also, Zootopia wants to say "prejudice is bad", but also treats Travis as a dumb Southern hick with jokes at his expense, it completely stereotypes sloths and wolves, and more or less winds up in a place where "prejudice is bad, *unless* we can get a laugh out of it", which undermines their core message. Sure, they didn't go for too many raunchy jokes, but they also couldn't help but make the dumb, obvious stereotype/prejudice jokes when the targets weren't part of their main Message.

As impressive as the puns are, the Quagmire at 69 was the unexpected bit that got me. Also, you counted "bond" twice (116 and 186), but that's the only dupe I caught, so glad you overshot the CC mark . 😄
