Donno how but this made me pick up a quran and read it .

I lived a sinful life. Guiltless, shameful, etc. I had zero fear of God. It led to a life of misery. And one night I was feeling very low and was being comforted by the idea of suicide and how it will make my pains and troubles go away just like that. I started fantasising my death then suddenly I came to my senses. I couldn't believe suicide was on my mind. It scared me to see how far I had fallen. I put my hands on my face and said dear god before I started crying for the first time in 3 years. I made a prayer that night and a promise. I felt allahs love and comfort and noticed how it made my pains vanish. I felt disgusted at the thoughts I was having just moments earlier. I wake up in the morning feeling blessed that I have my life. That my family care for me and that I have the strength to achieve my goals. Every day is an honour. I will make god proud

I used to babysit, he is now a teenager but at that time when I was watching him, was the time that my depression started and one day after a week of severe depression, when I was babysitting him again, he came to me, gave me a huge hug and said that I wasn't alone! That child was being raised by unpractasing Christians. I wondered whether children had some sort of a six sense regardless of their parents choice of religion. A day before that day I was thinking that I was all alone in the world and that even God didn't really care for me and here's a 3 year old telling me that I wasn't alone! 💕💕
