Love this house and the layout, the only things I would personally change for myself, is a soaking tub in the master bath. And no carpet upstairs. And maybe a window on that back bedroom upstairs.

Nice house not like the super large you have been showing. The only thing I would change is some kind of doors on sunroom.

I’m not a fan of the windows above the built ins on the FR. I’d like to have shelves going all the way up. I also don’t want a big FP. I’d prefer an electric one that I can have on but with no heat sometimes. I love the “sunroom” but I wouldn’t want the windows to the floor.

Looks pretty good. It needs some things though.

Use the front Study for a Guest Coat Closet and seating area.

That tiny bump out in the Master Bath area should be larger. If they are going to have a bump out, then go for it. Bump it out at least another 6'. The shallow closet could be a nicer one when adding 6' to its depth. The vanity could be made a two sink on the wall toward the other bedroom. Out in the added area, then you'd put in a Wet Room with a tub in it.

This design would be easy to dump the second floor. It seems like a kluged up mess in my humble opinion. I'd want a nice walkout Basement instead...if not Walkout at least a lowered lot at the back of the house for easy egress.

I love the Great room. The master is great but it doesn't have a tub..The pantry off the garage is nice because you can drop the grocery right in there.The upstairs room looks like master, so cute. Why were all of the mecanicals up in the attic? This should be on the ground level .This ruined the upstairs and wasted square footage.

Im disappointed. The 2nd floor is nothing like the floorplan said it would be. Its like the builder got lazy or ran out of time/money,
