Sir Fahad we are thankful for your struggle to convince the society and courts for a better future of our children through shared parenting concept. May be someday our judicial system realize it too.As in our current practice a child is paracticaly made legal orphan in the name of it's welfare.A orphan may have some realations intact but a legal orphan can't enjoy love from any of them.

Absolutely right Fahad sb. Shared parenting is the only solution in current scenario. Welfare of minor might lie with one parent but it does not necessarily lie in cutting ties with other parent. It's the basic right of every child to avail both parents.

Absolutely. But measures should be taken against the defaulter who tries to alter the mind of child against the other. And second thing I've heard about saying the barrister that man always do character assassination, someone go and tell her to visit the cour cases and see how women is doing it openly and i haven't seen any man doing something against it. It shouldn't be done. The main thing which ever women talks about is equality, but when it comes to custody or visitation where this equality disappears? Court should also provide the same for father.
