The moat is accessible via the canal that feeds the floating harbour. It connects to the River Frome underground. There are old stone bridges under there, long covered. It’s a great kayaking trip.

Go to Norwich Castle. It was a Norman palace and never defeated. It is not pretty but by hell it is so strong.

I still live in Bristol and can confirm that Bristol castle, well castle park has a really long history of young uns hanging around. I do believe it’s also the main destination for the yearly 4/20, passed through this year and well, I felt more relaxed by the time I got through 😂. Really appreciate seeing my hometown and all its history.
