The rule about no girls in guys dorm while simeltaneously encouraging getting married while on campus doesn’t really mix very well, and this is coming from a biblical standpoint, I’m kinda tempted to put the verse that says when a man and a woman marry they come together and become one flesh. It just seems disingenuous to make certain rules that contradict other behaviors you encourage like marriage.
