Iced blueberry matcha 🍵🫐😍

Whisk 2-3 tsp matcha powder with 30ml warm/hot water. Add the blueberry compote in the bottom of glass, then ice, soy milk and pour over the matcha. Stir and enjoy!

Blueberry compote: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, dash of lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp agave or maple syrup. Mix in a pot over medium heat, mash with a fork or once cooled add it to a blender and process until smoother.
