These Oreo snowball truffles with an Oreo and cream cheese centre are addictively fudgy, you won't be able to eat just one! Made with only 4 ingredients using the Mini Prep Pro. Save this post to make them this weekend!

Recipe:

- 150g Oreos
- 60g Full Fat Cream Cheese
- 150g White Chocolate
- 75g Desiccated Coconut

Method:

STEP 1 Using the grind setting on the Mini Prep Pro, process the Oreo cookies into a fix powder.

STEP 2 Add in the cream cheese and use the chop setting to combine until fully incorporated and the mixture comes together in a clump.

STEP 3 Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the fridge. Once chilled, form into truffle size balls with your hands.

STEP 4 Melt white chocolate. You can do this in the microwave in 30-second increments or over a double boiler.

STEP 5 Using a spoon, coat the Oreo truffles in melted white chocolate. Transfer the truffles into another bowl and coat them in desiccated coconut. Place them onto a baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving. Enjoy!
