Amen momma .. I learned from you that 80% of something is better than 100% of nothing. Same motto even when it’s just 25% 😊

You have no idea how much your videos have helped me get back in the swing of cleaning. I'm a nurse, wife, and mother of 6 that has battled psychological and physical fatigue due to lupus for years and i have allowed it to completely turn me away from keeping our beautiful home clean and organized. I truly believe your home shows how you feel inside and seeing your videos and digging deep down about my feelings towards myself has given me the strength and courage to make changes and get our home back in order. Thank you for giving constant motivation. You are a gem❤💛❤

This helped me realize instead of doing 45+ mins of workout in the morning, I'll start with 20 mins and work my way up from there. Knowing I have to do 45+ mins of cardio makes me want to just sleep in lol

Cranberry Chicken:
1 small bottle of Catalina or California Dressing
1 can of whole cranberries sauce
Chicken for 4
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix the salad dressing (Catalina/California) with the can of whole cranberries (sauce) in a medium mixing bowl. You may use a whisk or a mixing spoon- your choice. I like the whisk; it mixes faster in my opinion. Set aside for a minute. Place the chicken of your choice of cut (I prefer the thighs but breasts work too) in a casserole dish or some sort of baking pan alike. Pour the mixture of Catalina or California Dressing and the cranberries over the top of the chicken that you placed in the pan. Bake the defrosted chicken 30 minutes (45-60 minutes if frozen depending on oven and altitude) or until there is NO red in the chicken. Remove from oven and serve. The chicken is so tasty and it tastes like you slaved over the stove for hours. I wasn't into cranberries until my Grandma made this for the family; now, it's one of my favorite dishes.

This is the second time I've heard "eat the frog" this week. Hmm, maybe someone wants me to learn a valuable lesson. Thanks for sharing.

Kathryn... I make those bars too (4:29). I don't heat the peanut butter, just keep the jar in the pantry until time to make the bars so it stays soft for mixing. Your way probably makes it easier to mix though! I'll also add dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips. You can add just about anything. Nuts and dark chocolate chips mean extra protein. ;)

When you’re filling large Ziploc bags, open them in a large empty juice container, cover the rim… and fill... no more messes 😀

My frog is taking care of my own needs... Like a time to refresh and renew spirit, mind, and body. As soon as I awake I start thinking about the day ... What to make for breakfast and lunches. I have 12 people to care for.... And things like laundry etc. You're so refreshing and sweet.

when I was a young working mom and going thru a really bad personal patch I scheduled my "drive at 5 " home from work as private crying time. yes crying. not enuff to endanger others, just enuff so I could put forward my positive self when I got home . It worked and soon I didn't need it!

Thank you, Kathryn! I definitely needed this video. I am 35 weeks pregnant, wrapping up all my stuff at work before taking maternity leave, trying to declutter and organize the house, and give plenty of time and attention to our wonderful 4 year old son. Sometimes I look around at all the things that need to get done and it can be overwhelming. But, I take whatever free time I have to tackle something, no matter what it is, and at least I know I got something done. Thank you again, and best of luck to you and your family!

I just wanted to comment and say that your channel has been so encouraging to me these past few weeks. I am in nursing school, work two jobs, and my husband is a regional pilot going for his bachelor's degree as well. Because of our schedules, we don't have that much time to spend together, let alone time without homework or ineffective cleaning. We have only been married for about one and a half years and are currently on a journey to declutter our life and establish positive cleaning habits. Your words of encouragement and honesty really have changed my perspective on healthy habits and your channel makes me really feel as if we can attain our goals of healthier living. Thank you for the encouragement and life that you speak into those watching videos, you really make a difference!! You're awesome and I can't wait to watch more of your content!

Love the “frog” motivation. Laundry/cleaning is always a big frog. Lately, I’ve been procrastinating on finding an illustrator for a children’s book I’ve written. This was so motivating to get it done!

I love watching you. I was you 15-20 years ago. I’m 54 so I have a heck of a lot more “free” time but I do love your ideas and wish you were around when I had children your age. You are amazing! Keep it up!
