Vampire Ghost Ogre seems ok. You can normal summon it, send a Vampire monster from your hand, add Shadow Vampire and send either Vampire Retainer or Vampire Familiar, activate either's effect in grave to send Ghost Ogre to grave to special summon itself, banish Ghost Ogre for its second effect, tribute summon Shadow Vampire, use its effect to summon Vampire Duke, use Duke's effect to send a monster from your opponent's deck to the graveyard (and hope it doesn't have an effect that lets itself banish from grave as a quick effect), use Shadow and Duke for the link summon of Vampire Sucker, use Vampire Suckers effect to summon it to your opponents field and draw 1 card. If you're pretty lucky you could have Vampire's Domain in your hand and use to tribute your opponent's monster for Vampire Scarlet Scourge and then use its effect to get a vampire back and then use it and Vampire Sucker to link into Vampire Fascinator and use its first effect to bring back the monster again and probably summon Dhampir Vampir Sheridan. Finally you can link them both away to make Firewall Dragon, pass!

Undead Vampire seems pretty good for turn 1. If you somehow can send two monsters to your opponents grave, you can maybe banish Vampire Sorcerer in grave to normal summon Vampire Voivode without tributing and use its effect to summon both of them and use them to summon The Undead Vampire and mill for more extenders and as more targets for negates for Voivode's 2nd effect. If instead you're doing this turn 2 you can instead summon Sheridan to send a monster and bring it back or some backrow. Overall likely useful.

Fascinator seems ok; it targeting the enemy monster for its second effect is pretty bad sadly.

Use GY eff summon a level 5 from hand on opponents turn, use eff of level 5 summon from Deck or gy as there is 1 for each, eff mull from opponents Deck and trigger field Spell pop opponents card in their turn, so you could mill a spell or trap on their turn and then pop... that level 3 may be the most powerful level 3 monster to ever exist in yugioh tbh...

What's funny is with how the Rank 8 XYZ is worded, I believe you can just summon any monster from the top 4 cards of your Deck and is generic. Someone will probably find a way to break it somehow

The level 3 is a plus 3 lmao. In can't be negated😆. Let me explain. The vampire strategy just wanted to send the familiars to the grave. Which the level 3 does cuz it's a mandatory effect.
