Need a help, I have a vaxuall course 2017 ecoflex. The issue is when I am inside the car, though I lock the car using lock button it can still be opened from inside without unlocking (even while the car is running ) which is strange and have no idea. Any help?

Car specifications not what I was expecting after taking delivery and where lower than what I thought they would be, very misleading information on Vauxhall Web Site regarding how the safety features eg Cruise control with speed limiter and intelligent speed adaptation, I was under the impression it would keep me a set distance by slowing down to maintain distance from car in front it does not plus Keyless Entry and Exit not as expected, previous Vauxhall I had two cars back had this which when I approached it unlocked with no need to touch the doors plus when I exited the vehicle it automatically locked and beeped to let me know, this does not do that and its quicker to use the key fob while approaching the car total waste of money although in manual it does show these unlocking zones but seems there not applicable to this top end model Elite Nav Premium car needs to be next one up Ultimate model I think, also told by dealer not to use my thumb on door handle to auto unlock use my finger instead after taking it back to get unlocking feature checked, so you cant hold the door handle as you would to normally open it first, have to place finger on raised dimples can't decide if it was worth the extra cash for these functionless functions.
