hiiii i'm back🕸 and today i bring you this little blue guy.
i love weevils. they are so chill, pretty, funny, and on top of that: they have snouts. SNOUTS.
but actually no, that long thing in their face is called _rostrum_ , which has chewing mouthparts. and the cool thing is that they use those mouthparts to drill and excavate. they make little holes in seeds and grains, and also tunnels in the ground. some of them even lay their eggs on those holes.
idk everytime i see one of them i surrender myself to the cuteness. bugs are cool.

well that's it for now. i'm working real hard on this project and it makes me happy to see the support and nice words the isopod video got. i'm super thankfull to all of you,

It’s energetic, cheerful, and happy, this weevil must be going places!
Sniffing out sweet fruit or other tasty treats, it definitely seems diligent won’t give up for nothing
It’s definitely seen the world, and wants to see more, what goes on in that tiny head of his? We may never know, but this weevil is definitely itching for a new adventure, and a possible new home to finally settle in
