That was nice of them to upgrade you. Never been to Heden and i am a Yorkshire girl lol, i don't even know where it is but looks really nice, going East coast to Parents house my birthday week before Christmas we got in a caravan for £69 4 nights, upgraded to £89 for a better van.

Wow a hotel to yourselves. You got to feel what it would be to live in a mansion with chefs and maid. It was very nice of them to upgrade your room. Take care.

Well I do love a nice bathroom and that looked great. I can't believe you were the only ones staying when it's such a nice hotel. Hopefully it's normally busy, I'd hate to think these places could close due to lack of custom.
That was a very nice church, with beautiful stained glass windows. Ha ha, whats Pat like, she is funny.😂
I love the sound of crisp, crunching leaves. It's been grey and soggy in Kidderminster for days, so no leaf crunching for us!

Good for you it was empty but I feel sorry for them having such a nice place. Glad to see you still have your coasters in the car 🤣

Shakespeare pub in Hedon was always good. Keep going East all the way to the coast. You will pass through another tiny village I am sure you will like. Patrington. Make sure to stop at 'Cakey Bakey Yum Yum' for lunch/cakes

You landed on your feet there Trevor, a suite!!! Wow!! And you had a blind in the bathroom! Lol!! That food looked good and the chef came in to cook for you even though you were the only ones staying there. Great hospitality and a good advert for the hotel. That's got to be the best one yet. Hedon looked really nice, I loved seeing all the little nooks and crannies. Hope you had a good journey back to Tracey's. See you tomorrow, bye!!

Hi Trevor and Pat I think you’re a very down to earth couple and really admire you both. Have been following you since the “smash” and enjoyed all your posts - I wish you had played I tune on the piano or even the organ in the church you visited in Hedon.
