He's better in boss battles where the boss is the only one left since he ult is random. But he can do massive damage with all ten stacks hitting one character. Also, he is good at breaking ice weak opponents.

It really depends on how you build him. He can proc freeze against practically everything so if you use a mono-ice team you can easily turn skip your way through conundrum gold and gears.

Misha being weak is the whole point of his character, he is supposed to be unassuming, and underwhelming, because they want you to forget about him, until they maybe reveal something big in a later update about him.
