I have a single burner one and I like it. I can't use my stovetop and oven either. They are handy when you don't have much room. You can even take it outside and cook out there.

I like you kitchen set up. Especially those pull out sections. Wish I had some of those in my tiny kitchen. And poor old Guinea Pig, you should have cooked him a little something. lol
