Social pressures to be productive(not to mention a culture that prizes multitasking) make doing nothing hard to do, for fear of being accused of the dreaded sin of laziness. However, experts say there are rewards for not pushing yourself to the edge all the time (Lazy is the wrong term. It’s not being lazy, it’s rest. Allow your brain, your body, your soul time to rest.) The bench sitting was part of the punk poet and performer @MissLouIce "40 minutes on a bench in Storgatan" during Tranås at the Fringe 2024.
