Everybody talking shit about the bassist. This song isn't too crazy complicated to begin with. But please understand, 1 note can have more meaning than a 100 in a second. He plays what needs to be played. You think some bass lead would sound good over this entire song lol?!? No, it would completely kill the vibe set in motion. And actually, it is pretty fucking hard. Stand in place and headbang as hard as you can for 10 seconds. Then take one step and tell me if you don't trip over your own feet let alone pull something in your neck. This guy is all over the stage doing it non stop without knocking anything over or bumping into anyone. That's why he's on stage doing what he's doing. He has a great stage presence and is accurate. If you just look at his finger placement. You can tell he can actually play just based off his technique alone.

The name of the song is Machine. Machines are repetitive hence the name of the song and why it repeats itself. Born Of Osiris said that they were trying to match the name of the song with the meaning of it perfectly with this album and I think they totally nailed it with this song. lyrically and the way the song is built.

Jason left Born Of Osiris back in early 2012. I believe he was kicked out. But he joined Chelsea Grin as soon as he left. The band did find a replacement guitarist but eventually lost him as well due to some problems along the way. I believe as of right now they are back tracking the second guitar. But i do hope they find another replacement. Stoked on the new stuff though!

Jason was kicked out. They moved his shit out of the BOO house when he was away to his parents house for christmas. All because he had a problem with excessive drug use within the band. The other guitar player was a touring member they also kicked out. And they still owe him about 3000 dollars. Classy dudes.

Actually Lee left because he didn't get paid, he didn't get kicked out. I've meant them multiple times, they're nice guys and hang around with their fans quite often. There must've been things behind the scene or else they would've replied to both JR and Lee's posts like children. Drama isn't needed.
