example 250 rounded to 1 SF becomes 200? Why is that? while 350 becomes 400. pls. reply im dying to know. thanks.

waitwaitwait. so how is it that at 5:23 the zeros in 78 000 are not significant but the zeros in 7300 are? id really like to know. i hope you're able to see this
