Unless I'm mistaken TF2 counts healing towards a Medic's random crit chance, so it makes sense stuffing a Quick Fix uber like that would greatly increase the chances of a crit.

Got in contact with my old music teacher and she told me she knows a lot of musicians near me. So hot musicians in my area wants to show me their scales uwu. Anyway this city is said to be one of the greatest places to practice music and im way out of my element compared to others. Still, it sounds like a great hobby to go along with physics studies.
