"This is a really heavy dose of 'I'm glad we aren't these people'". -- Julia Roberts
Unfortunately for many who are born into toxic abusive families, this is their life, and these are their people. None of us want to be like these people, and for many of us that means not having a family, except the one you make for yourself.

Julia sees her mom almost every day. Now that's fantastic. More kids should be that way.

OK. Meryl Streep, Betty Davis, Kate Hepburn, and Nicole Kidman. The greatest.

This movie was almost hard to watch, not because you’re watching actors that you love to watch, but I think “for me” I have known people EXACTLY like this. I mean to see people treat each other like these actors portrayed. Frankly it only makes me appreciate my own husband and my own life so much more. These people played some really sad and lonely people. And I think all of us can relate, (on some level) with someone in this. I think one of the saddest things of this, is the TRUE LIFE TRAGEDY OF the character of the live in housekeeper “Johnna”. (Misty Upham) who died by suicide on Oct 4, 2014. She was one of the most beautiful Native American actors I’ve ever seen. And what a sad end to her story. RIP Misty.

Okay, I love Meryl and Julia so much, alright I  love Meryl a tiny bit more, and I was thrilled to see that they're doing a movie together. Although I was disappointed, I hated that movie. Anyway, the interviewer is so unexcused for doing this. I mean, man, you are talking to Julia Roberts, just get over it and appreciate that! No need to highlighting all the time the fact that she was waorking with Meryl.

Poor Julia,
" Her descriptions of the nervousness she suffered with that acting monster are truly horrific. It's ALWAYS about MERYL, wasn't it Julia."

I wonder if Julia Roberts is getting tired of always being asked what it's like to work with Meryl. It wasn't even one question, the interviewer kept coming back to Meryl Streep.

I never liked turkey either and my mom or aunt would make a ham also.

Not turkey can be a taste dislike, or due to the big size of the bird, or an opposition to the family custom/ rule

Hey Julia Roberts, my dad does not like turkey.  He gets ham instead on the holidays.
