I think a housing crash will happen because all those people who bought homes over asking price, although it was at a low interest rate, they are over their heads. They have no equity if the housing prices continue to go down, and if for whatever reason they cannot afford the house anymore and it goes into foreclosure because even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I think this will happen to a lot of people especially with the massive layoff predicted for the future and the cost of living rising at a high speed.

Videos like this have been helpful for information as I was recently shown a house by my mother and between the home life of living with family and other situations, I’ve been thinking almost constantly for weeks now about moving out and buying a home, something I never dreamed of in the past. I am waiting for a day my mother and I are both available to hit up the bank about pre-approval since I don’t really trust anyone else among my peers to be competent in helping me without trying to make jokes out of it. Once I do that, I plan to try and go through the process with the house I was shown since it, at least in the post, looked perfect for my needs (a single individual who wants enough space to be comfortable, but not so much that I’ll spend 3 days straight having to clean it all and start over cuz it just got dirty again during the process lol). I’ll be coming back to this video regularly for notes
