Also have to calculate in MLS, Board, Sentri fee's, which is another -$1500. Great transparency though. I'm in month 6 and BROKE. Gotta keep at it. Everyone says you have to get through the first year. Thanks for keepin it real

Thanks for the honest facts of your pre-tax income for each of the four years. I was elated and thanked God for getting you rolling from year two. I think a good way to start is as a side so you have a full-time income to cushion and encourage the RE pursuit.
