Polar Plunge 2021 ❄ Minnesota!

I've always wanted to do a polar plunge. Why? I don't know... maybe it is just the thrill of doing something hard, something that most people wouldn't do. Maybe it was the curiosity, wondering what the water of a frozen lake feels like. Or maybe just for the fun of it. Either way, when the lakes in Minnesota froze, I knew now was my chance to cross off this bucket list item. Little did I know that jumping in would be the easiest part of this adventure!

Congratulations. I've done the polar plunge three times each Jan 1st. In Lake Michigan, in Lake Winnipesauckee, and once in Sturgeon Bay. I'm 67 years old. I plan on doing it again this Jan 1st in Utah. It's good for your health. You should do it every year.

I was in and out of the water so fast I barely got cold. Standing on the ice drying off I felt like my feet would freeze off.

Dude you took it like a champ, me and my friend do a plunge in 50 degree water. I can’t even imagine getting into water that cold. It had to of been below freezing. I’m blown away you went back underwater with the camera
