Isn't that what your mobile data plan is for? You can set up your phone as a hotspot so you can connect to it with a laptop (at least I can with a Galaxy Nexus).

as a person who rely heavily on public transportation i dont mind the wait (within + or - 10 minutes) but i do mind stinky hobo on the crowded bus. Especially on my way to work in the morning when i am wearing nice, smelling good and BOOM you got stinky hobo next to you in the crowded bus where you cant run away from. Enjoy the rest of your day buddy!. Seriously where they have to go that early in the morning.

I like what this video is promoting and I do feel that many of the methods suggested in this video are ways of the future. That said, if you want to report a hipster, Instagram them and beat them at their own game. Simple as that.
