Hey guys, just wanted to add a bit more to the conversation on the Mustang with pricing. Here's a breakdown if you're looking to buy right now (there are six trims total, ranging from the base EcoBoost to the Dark Horse Premium:
- EcoBoost (base model): $34, 210 (including Ford’s $645 “acquisition fee” if you finance through Ford Credit)
- Convertible is an $8, 100 upgrade (Base MSRP: $42, 310)
- EcoBoost Premium: $38, 735
- Convertible: $44, 235 ($5, 500 upgrade)

- GT: $44, 455 MSRP (Fastback ONLY)
- GT Premium: $48, 975
- Convertible: $54, 475 (Again, a $5, 500 upgrade)

- Dark Horse: $62, 925 (Fastback Only)
- Dark Horse Premium: $66, 920
- With options: $82, 695 (with Handling Package, Recaro seats, stripes, etc.)

I've commented this before and I have an S550 with a supercharger pushing around 700hp with a manual and 3.73 gears. I have no problem daily driving the car without shredding tires.

Complaining that the shifter letters aren’t illuminated, but the screens display the gear the vehicle is in and the screens provide the driver a fighter pilot’s level of information at your finger tips.

We love our 2024 Stang Convertible Premium…it’s a great road trip car for husband & wife trips.

There is a pull lever on the back side of the seats that is top center located. It will allow the seats to fold over and then return back to the position it was in to begin with.

I've got a 21 GT Premium with a supercharger. I can say, without a doubt, unless you are tracking the car it is VERY overkill for a weekend toy in the city. Save the money and put it elsewhere.

The seats do return, you are likely using the wrong lever (my gf does it all the time). On the s550, use the lever on the top, middle of the back, not the one on the side of the bottom

What is the hate with the interior being plastic? I had 2005 Mustang for 18 years and aside from wear and tear my interior still looked new when I traded it in.

Mustangs are just fun to drive and still reasonably priced. There are not too many changes from the S550 and S650 in appearance (headlights/taillights). Again fun to drive-good car!! Had a S197, now a S550. No issues at all.

I'm a lifelong Mustang enthusiast, but honestly, Ford has lost me on the S550 & S650 generations. I want more heritage cues in the next Mustang. I miss the twin bezel dash with the classic analogue gauge layout. I miss the "hockey sticks" on the side, and I miss the more upright muscle car styling of previous generations. I can kind of see the attempted connection to the '67-'68 on the S650 with the concave taillights, but that's it. As for the Mach E, let it do its thing, but calling it a Mustang was a blatant cash grab. If Ford wants to beat Porsche (which the recent Nurburgring testing shows they do), I'd be ok if the next Mustang is a hybrid or even EV coupe, but a 4 door crossover doesn't really sell me. Yeah, I know I sound like a grumpy old man stuck in the past. Maybe I'll scoop up an S197 while they are at the bottom of the depreciation curve. I especially like the '05-'09s. I think they are destined to be a future classic given their lack of screens and similarities to the OG '65-66. The challenge now is finding one that hasn't been poorly modded and abused by a teenager.

at my local dealer the cheapest GT cost be a pass for a while with these interest rates. the 2021 mach1 with performance pak i had for 2 years cost 57k

FYI you can set quiet mode to be active during certain times of day so the car will be quiet at start up. I know I have one. Owners manuals are awesome

To start a 2024 Ford Mustang in Quiet Mode, you can use the Mustang button on the steering wheel to access the MyMode settings menu:
Press the Mustang button on the steering wheel
Go to the MyMode settings menu
Select Exhaust Mode
Choose Quiet Mode
Turn on Quiet Start
Select the start and end times for Quiet Start

Can you please work on your shoot setup, especially the mic, it's clipping a lot (Seems like it just this video, I'ld suggest something like a small test run before starting the shoot).
