My favorite summer reads are still all of the original Famous Five books (or at least the one's set in spring/summer) 😅 they just take me back to my childhood and make me feel so cozy

I own Soulless and The Essex Serpent but haven't gotten to them yet, I really need to hit those soon. I so agree about Big Little Lies, it was literally a book I read on the beach and it was perfect for that!
