The Mandalorian Theme – Cello

Finally got around to watching The Mandalorian, and I absolutely loved the music! Its sense of mystery, diverse textures, and tasteful homages to the soundtracks of classic western films are such a great match for the show. And like the show itself, the music introduces new ideas that expand and enrich the Star Wars galaxy.

I particularly love the unique harmony and the strong countermelodies in the main theme, so I invited my twin back for this duet performance. Thanks to my good friend Joel for suggesting the show to me!

I have heard several renditions of The Mandalorian Main Theme, including those played on piano, guitar and full orchestra. But none of them capture the haunting beauty like this Nicholas Yee version.
