I used to have a nail tech who left my natural nails SO thin I had to find a new nail tech after like 2 appointments with her, my new nail tech eventually helped me grow my natural nails longer and back to their natural thickness and she is the best

i did this on my newest set! its been a week so far and i really like the result cause it also caps the edge of the fake nail for less lifting. you also dont *need* to blend in the top of the nail cause you can file off too much which will make it lift very quickly. adding the rubber base just over it is perfect and also gives you the opportunity to build a nice apex, which these full cover tips dont often have :)

i always did it like that tbh 😅 i always liked to "seal" the edge of the nail tips so i naturally do my nails this way
