How does this modify if you are tracking a fleet of 9 vehicles? do you combine them and average the whole thing or do you calculate per vehicle? if so - since insurance is one payment and not per vehicle how do you calculate cost per mile on each vehicle (also calculating total cost of ownership to be able to forecast retirement windows).

Based on these numbers if you're the owner and you're renting a truck there is a zero profit at the end of the week

I really appreciate your work Zach, but 7 miles/gallon for a box truck seems off to me, doesn't a semi-truck get that mileage? I thought it was around 10 to 11 miles/gallon, no? Then again, if you're accounting for deadheading, then yeah.

How can I get my hands on this spreadsheet

These numbers are depressing brother. With a profit of $1, 500 that means guys that are renting their truck are going home with $50 at the end of the week? Great videos but it's very confusing

Great video, I'm starting up my Box Truck business. I'm looking for a good insurance agent, do you have anyone you can recommend? Thanks.

I've been following you with good intentions. But based on your calculations you cannot make a profit. $400 a week only takes one engine breakdown to wipe out your business
