Striving for Imperfection: Seeking Perseverance

I interviewed Jennifer Savran Kelly's whose book Endpapers will be published by Algonquin. We talk about the long process to get the novel written, finding an agent, getting a book deal, and what to believe in along the journey. If you dream of writing a novel, are writing a novel, are trying to get a novel published, Jenn shares how to keep going.

This is a vlog with encouragement to persevere at whatever you want to accomplish even if you aren't perfect at it. I'm certainly not. Together maybe we can learn how other people do it--whatever IT is, and we can also let go of trying to make it perfect and focus on enjoying the getting there. I hope we all "get there," but shouldn't the trek be the best part? That's what I'm striving for--perseverance to get where I want to go.
