This reminds me of Boeing, a once great company that was taken over by bean counters. How great will Vanguard be when they have half as many customers?

I have been with Vanguard for 15 years! Bringing in a new CEO from Blackrock, is like putting the wolf in charge of the henhouse! The government Thrift Savings Plan (TSP government 401K, ) made the same mistake by allowing Blackrock to manage it's Funds.

Good. Leadership chage may have some benefits to the customer base.

I’ve recently moved my money out of vanguard australia. Very disappointed with how they manage my money.

Vanguard doesnt want small investors.

Vgd lost me as an investor due to their fees.

Vgd double fee charged me and cust. service was non existence.

Better choices available.
