This grinding process at begining part of video done efficiently by just 2 men. In india, they will be done the same with 10 employee but half efficiency, where 2 men will chop the bamboo, 2 women will carry bamboo tied on head towards machine, 1 alpha man employee operate grinding machine, 1 men fill basket full of powder, 2 women carry basket towards the truck and 2 men fill the truck one by one basket.
