Frank (Leonardo DiCaprio) is the youngest man ever wanted by the FBI. His criminal skills are so vast and his ability to disguise his identity so extraordinary that he has left his criminal footprints almost everywhere in the United States. He was a doctor, a lawyer, a pilot, all of which he was. Of course, Frank with this "skill", cheating up to several million dollars.
  This time, Frank managed to forge a certificate of education, and went to the hospital to work as a doctor. Not only does Frank meet nurse Breda (Amy Adams) and fall in love, but he also gets a job as a prosecutor's assistant through Breda's father. But it's just the eve of a storm - a pair of eyes have been set on Frank, and they're determined to bring him to justice. This is FBI agent Carl (Tom Hanks).
  While researching the hunt for Frank, Carl learns of the criminal genius's superior intellect. He was repeatedly caught by Frank this yellow boy, the heart and hate and have to admire. Whenever Frank escapes from his elaborate schemes, the cat-and-mouse game becomes more interesting!

Amazing person, Amazing movie. Highly recommended.
Frank was also a speaker at a google verson of ted talks. Haha. Also worth a listen.
