I just watched Cool Toys' video where she made these and hers looked quite dry. But she didn't put the whole bottle in with one packet of the powder. So that would definitely be why. Yours looks like it is the proper texture and has the correct moisture content.

I watched another YouTuber do a video on the soap and you did a much better video then that person. I like how you used only the tools you got in the capsule and the other video did not. Plus I was definitely curious if you could actually wash your hands with it and you showed us you could. The other video did not. I enjoyed your video.
