California Gardening May 2020 Garden Tour - Vegetable and Fruit Trees Gardening Tips!

Welcome to the California Gardening May 2020 Episode. In today's episode we start with a tour of the beautiful new California garden, including a container tour, raised bed garden tour and a fruit trees tour. We show you all the summer vegetables growing in the garden, including tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, etc. We then look at the harvest of a lot of fruits and vegetables like Blueberries, mint, peppers, pineapple, strawberries, tangerines and tomatoes. We then look at a lot of tips and tricks for your garden. Finally we look at some cool gardening products.

We show you companion planting tomatoes with flowers like Portulacas as well to attract pollinators.

Love how the spaces are utilized, especially in the raised beds, I just stared garden a fees months now, the soil in my area is very hard so I'm working on it.

I have a pineapple corer that I use to core, peel and slice pineapples. It works pretty good. Last year, I grew nasturtiums and marigolds with my vegetable plants. The nasturtiums act as bait plants and the marigolds seemed to help deter some insects. Still, I would have planted them both even if they were just pretty to look at.
