At 2:25 you say to reduce reputation and population by one. I think you mean to say reputation and income by one.

You mention that in end of game scoring you ADD your secret goals to the public goals and the undisputed winner of each gets the population bonus but this is only true of the public goals. With the secret goal, ONLY the player with the secret goal can win the bonus associated with it, however, if anyone on the board has tied their secret goal then the player doesn't receive the bonus.

I just played a round of this game today and we were slightly unsure about the "Waterfront Realty" tile.

The text on it says "[Lake] gives you an extra $2 for each adjacent

So this means it basically doubles the effectiveness of the lake tiles, right? And for each additional tile I place next to the lake tile, I get $4 again, correct?

I like the concept of videos like these, short, sweet, and to the point. Unfortunately, this format makes it easy to completely leave out key parts of the game -_-

For instance:

what is the gameplay flow of a players turn?
what does the income and reputation track do?
you straight-up ignored the existence of border tiles
secret goals aren't so secret (according to this video)
staggering score markers according to turn order was never mentioned
