Taking psychology classes, (also hrs of online research) in REM (rapid eye movement) or lucid dream state, the brain runs on 4-7 or 5-7 hrz. I've listened to this two times so far, and both times was able to get to REM sleep with ease. Pluss I got an QE (equalizer) for YouTube and was able to turn up the bass... absolute bliss.
