Shadow Fightstick and 8 TIPS to build a cheap, budget arcade stick! $$$

Here I just put together a simple little build with a fun theme to demonstrate that you can assemble a cool fightstick for not a whole lot of cash. In the vid, I outline 8 tips for keeping your budget in check. It's now cheaper than ever to get into the hobby!

Ways to help stay in budget
1) Go with a cheaper enclosure
2) Plan the build beforehand so you only have to order parts once
3) Forsake art or just print something yourself
4) Use fewer buttons
5) Use baseline or entry-level parts
6) Use a cheaper PCB
7) Skip the Neutrik
8) Put it together yourself

Hopefully now even the most budget-minded individual can try to assemble a fightstick!

I went even more budget with my build. Instead of a Brook board, I bought a Waveshare RP2040-Zero, which cost me ~$5, soldered the wires to it and flashed GP2040-CE :D

I have some crazy enclosure ideas that I've 3d modeled only Id like to print them in the "Ballistic Lucite-polymethyl methacrylate" plexiglass with rubber enamel combination you mentioned in another video. Is there a service you recommend or will my google -fu do the trick?
