Complete Gridlock that even Gritters couldn't handle

A62 became gridlocked as lorries were diverted from the closed M62 onto the A62. A jack-knifed tanker then caused a massive hold-up with over 150 lorries and commuters stuck for over 10hrs in freezing conditions. Local Heroes from a nearby farm helped to clear the road of vehicles.
