He is telling us barefaced lies and playing on the ignorance of western public and Burley could have damned him on the spot but she would rather lie by ommision of facts when he implied that 'Hospitals in Europe don't have underground tunnels/ facilities'! All hospitals have underground basements, and large one's may have 2-3 levels and they are often bustling with porters. They have stairs, 2 - 3 lifts, maintanence shafts/ tunnels, fire escape tunnels, wide corridors etc. Its a warren down there with morgues, radioactive waste storage, general machinery and bed storage, organ storage. In particular, hospitals in warmer climates cuz it's a lot cooler below ground level. Often due to this, the main servers are also kept down there to prevent them from getting too hot
