Met Jon Hamm last summer working as a grip on one of his upcoming indie movies “Corner Office” was a super easy going guy. Only had a brief interaction at first but then the next day we walked by each other and he actually recognized me and we got to have a conversation! Cool memory.

Frisbee is a pretty perfect coincidence since it's the name of his dog. Then I heard Sea Captain and I did a double take! Perhaps Seth didn't jump on it because the character of the cap'n is a (retired?) naval officer himself already. And also having the callsign Frisbee will probably annoy Samberg, which I think of as a bonus :D

Oh, buddy, buddy, buddy! You can’t give yourself a call sign! When you’re a new aviator, your squadron will hold an event where they will name you (usually while drunk…) based on what you look like, what your name sounds like and the dumbest thing you’ve done in the Squadron up to that point. You don’t get any input. The named Squadron mates get to vote— and that’s it. My husband’s call sign is “Joker” because they thought he looked like Matthew Modine in “Full Metal Jacket”. It’s stuck for 17 years. My kids all refer to the aviators by their call signs and one guy even put it on his wedding announcement. Your call sign becomes a very real part of your identity. And all because some drunk guys decided you look like Matthew Modine!
