The 2024 woodland was my first new car. Bought it last week. I drove nothing but 30 year old hand me downs my entire life (I’m 35). When I hear people complain about heated seats and cloth and noise from the tires etc. or call it “bare bones”… I can’t help but laugh. My new car might as well be an alien space ship.

I finally found my next car, your acura integra videos showed to me that it's still a fun car and great looking. Your videos show every pro and cons, tech, to comfort and the whole 9 yards!

For those who like being connected to the road will love this crossover. 11:50 - 12:00 you hear and feel all those bumps. Hope this thing comes with a complimentary chiropractic session. Also, I love 16:50 - 18:12 send it straight to hell! Whooo!

Keep in mind that these aren't the true Falken Wildpeaks that everyone raves about. This is a manufacturer variant with a 001A label, or something of the sort, which is less blocky on the tread and not 3 peak rated.

So I bought the woodland edition. I added the heated seats aftermarket, found rav4 specific leatherette seat covers, bought toyota logo steering wheel cover, all for less than how much toyota charges for weather package. 😳 i think it's worth it if you like to do things yourself

35k for cloth seats, no sunroof and an iPhone 5 touch screen pass

Michigan roads be looking like an earthquake rolled through. Who needs trails when you can just wait for March in a midwestern state?

Steady Topher, she’s not a 4Runner, though it’s getting closer in price.
Always a great review

This looks awesome. Cloth seats, no sunroof and a manual rear lift gate are actually all things I want. I'm in Texas so heated seats or steering wheel are meaningless.

I struggle to understand how Toyota came up with the conclusion it’s a good idea to not include heated seats or a heated steering…for an off-road oriented package. Wouldn’t one come with the other automatically?

Chris, For some time you have been living the 245 hp 2.5 Hybrid dream with your Highlander. Is it finally time for this powertrain to be introduced to the RAV4 lineup?🤔 That drivetrain combined with a suspension upgrade would bring the Woodland's tow rating up to par with other outdoorsy RAV4s without a cost in fuel efficiency. Toyota's decision to go from 17 to 18 inch rims on the Woodland is inexplicable 🤨

Good review, you said the engine was a little noisy, that's what I was thinking
when I drove one last week.

Doesn’t it get cold in the woods. Why are there no heated seats on the woodland edition -_-

Toyota quality and absolutely impossible to buy brand new in Canada without long ordering wait

I owned a 2019 Hybrid XLE with Heated seats and sunroof, I put on bigger wheel/tires and it’s the same thing as this model, plus it was cheaper.

My dad has told me owning a hybrid car in a cold climate (NE US) is a bad choice because the hybrid battery life is shortened to cold exposure. Moreover the battery replacement cost negates the MPG savings. How true is this?
