The -AZ ending in the names means Avtomobilnyy Zavod (automobile factory). The start of the name is usually where it is based: Minsk for MAZ, Gorky for GAZ, Kama (river) for KamAZ...

I loved the video, Russell. The KAMAZ RV/camper was pretty cool, compact, but it had all you need for road trips, hopefully as the travel/tourism market expands in Russia, there will more offerings as far as RV's are concern, there is a lot see in such a big and beautiful country like the Russian Federation

4:10 At the Comtrans-2023 exhibition, GAZ presented an electrified unmanned platform NEOS. It's used to move cargo from workshop to workshop and even specialized GAZelle bodies to the painting line. The platform moves on it's own to the specified point using radars, lidars, cameras and navigation equipment.
