This man fills me with joy and sadness at the same time, His voice and charisma lifts our spirits and touches our souls . Yet I'm deeply saddened to the point of grief when I think of his passing, or see him in these priceless videos singing with his God given talents .
Elvis connected with us, he touched us like no other entertainer before him, or after him .
Go figure it out ..if you can . Why is it we cant let go of him ?
When Elvis died I felt like I had just lost one of my family members I was a young man at the time and the pain and sorrow I remember well . I thought I was alone till I saw the world was weeping with me . We will love you forever Elvis . Your voice was from heaven .

I can all but guarantee that this is what happened. He would do anything for his fans and was probably just improvising a song that wasn't rehearsed or in the set list, but a fan requested it; and he was not about to turn down adoring fans. This is what set him apart then and now as a unique entertainer. Often imitated, never duplicated. There's only one Elvis.

It's a bit fast but that happens sometimes with background musicians when they get on stage and start catching the energy in the crowd. I doubt the crowd felt it was too fast at the time. Elvis also seems to be tossing the song in at the last minute for the sake of an excited fan. There's no big intro to it. He just takes off into it before half the band seems to even know what's gong on. That's kinda cool for Elvis to be so obliging that he would break his normal set for a request.
