Couldn’t stop thinking about how Link’s shirt looks like Sulley and his mug looks like Mike Wazowski from Monsters inc. 😂

This is so trivial, but I love how Rhett and Link have positioned themselves so it appears they are actual speaking to each other in person. It’d be funny if the camera moved back to reveal they are at the same table and same room but with different backgrounds.

I'm digging links longer hair on the sides.

Rhett's hair is becoming epic though. I hope he never cuts it.

Rhett just went full film student and Link stayed true to his heart

Link's unapologetic love of Elf is the best thing about this episode.

Rhett and Link have so much more of a brother vibe than a best friend vibe, they don’t try to force anything or claim they know every single detail about each other and after all the years they have been friends they’re still always so genuinely interested in what the other has to say - ugh gives me all the feels just love it!

#earbiscuits I am quarantined and live alone. I just discovered you at the beginning of the world time out. Since then, I have been listening and watching all kinds of your content. Everything from Buddy System, Ear Biscuits, and the regular GMM. It feels like having friends in my house even though it is just me. Thank you!

Rhett: " You think this is work? <chuckles> I don't even have pants on!"

I wholeheartedly agree with Link about Wes Anderson films; The Darjeeling Limited is my favourite, but death (and learning to let go) is one of the main themes of the story, and that of course carries a certain weight with it. It never fails to make me both laugh and cry, but I always come out on the other side feeling renewed and a little better for it. His movies evoke a very clean form of melancholy, I think.

Thanks for another great EB! It made for a nice break from the world this week! 💕

I love that Link is talking about mise en scene while perfectly framed by his background

I remember being so invested in The Oscars that year. The Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction, and Forrest Gump were all up for best film.

You should do the same thing but with songs/albums next.

This is possibly my favorite Ear Biscuits that has aired. As a huge film buff, and one who works on sets for a living (including working with Clint Eastwood), I love hearing their opinions. Thank you, boys!!! I'm only 8 minutes into the episode, and it's already brilliant. Great #10 choice Rhett. I also agree with what Rhett says about having difficulty picking "favorites". When you love so many for so many reasons, it's tough.

You guys should do an episode on favorite albums next!

"42 yr old person" here, can confirm... Wizard of Oz was always a magical viewing experience growing up.

I can't tell you how HAPPY I am that Link mentioned "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?"!! To me, it is one of the most perfect movies there is. I feel like not many people know it or appreciate it if they do. My dad and I use it as an example of a perfect film.
