I have heard this song on House MD, Season 3, Episod 3, after House managed to diagnose an renowned oncologist with a disease in a terminal phase. There was a lot of enotions both in House an patient. Finally House did what he had to do and allowed patient to end his full of pain life... And that was the song from the end of the episode, when House and his crew were devastated, and the patient dead.. But happy.
