The milk paint and slightly irregular finish go perfectly with the style of this piece 👍🏽 I say keep the color. Maybe I would tone down the bright gold keyholes so they fit the piece a little better. Overall it's great 😊

I appreciate this video because (and I don’t mean this as a criticism) it’s made me realise I won’t ever bother trying out milk paint. So thanks for saving me time and money.

I love how this came out BUT I think if you do a black glaze over the entire piece this will Give it that Beautiful depth and tie everything together and also that way IF it chips away some it won't be so noticable ..but again I Also Love the look as is too ❣️

I have this exact dresser and I’m going to do this color - I’ll probably use the all in one paint!

I have used Fusion Mineral milk paint on a couple of projects and love it. I have even use top coat from Varathan? And have had no chipping on my projects. I love that it dries so quick and I can get my projects don’t quickly. Love the color of this piece.

Looks like a fussy paint but I think it turned out well!

Love it. I have my first milk paint packet sitting waiting on me to do the legs of my farm table. I’m hoping for a chippy look. It will be going over stained legs. It’s a table from World Bazaar many years ago. All of there furniture had a dark stain.

Personally I'd avoid the milk paint unless I was doing maybe a small end table or something. Dressers in my experience take a beaten just from everyday use. It does however look shabby chic which is a cool touch. My choice for that piece would be an oil based cabinet paint.

I'm not yet good at brushing.
I follow Black sheep channel by painting first then rolling.

Thanks for the video. I like the color, but to me, the black knobs look out of place.

I’ve never used milk paint and don’t feel inspired to try it. I don’t like that it may or may not chip. I don’t care for chalk paint either which makes me an anomaly in the furniture flipping industry. 😅
