How to Wrap a Tortilla in Seconds | Tesco

Try our two quick and easy ways for wrapping a tortilla (so it doesn't fall apart when you try and eat it)! We suggest an open wrap for fajitas and a closed wrap for burritos.

Once you fold the top and bottom over and rotate it then cuts to a completely different look where one of the edges is unfolded. If they are folded it's really skinny

Heat the tortilla on either a comal, a dry skillet, or an open flame (I prefer open flame). It's quicker and more convenient than the microwave, and creates a light, tasty char. Do heat it more than how it looks in the video, as it still looks a bit stiff. When doing the open roll, you can literally roll it instead of folding each flap once inwards (it looks to loose). This allows for a bit more filling. First, fold one flap in, then fold the bottom up, then you can grab the stuffed part and roll it snugly. Voila!

It is easy enough if you want your tortilla to be a bread with condiments. Being able to contain a larger quantity of ingredients is another challenge altogether. I am choosing tortillas to make it easier to eat healthy, so I am trying to stuff a lot of vegetables in there.
